Warranty

1. How to Apply for Warranty
Cyrusher warranty claims can be initiated by submitting a support ticket through our dealer portal or support page. The ticket must include the dealer’s order number and a detailed description of the issue. Once submitted, our certified mechanics will respond within 48 hours.

As part of the warranty process, dealers may be required to perform diagnostic tests and provide evidence (e.g., photos, videos, or test results) to help our mechanics assess the issue. For example, testing a battery with a voltmeter and submitting the results may be required. Cyrusher will evaluate the case and guide dealers through any necessary steps.

A) What We Will Do:

  • Replace any component deemed defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping issues.

  • Authorize reimbursement of up to $200 for local bike shop repairs, if approved by Cyrusher mechanics.

  • Cover shipping costs for warranty parts within the dealer’s region, unless expedited shipping is requested by the dealer (expedited shipping costs are the dealer’s responsibility).

B) What We Will Not Do:

  • Replace parts without visual evidence (photos or videos) of the damage or defect.

  • Provide warranty service for second-hand owners or unauthorized resellers.

  • Cover damage caused by user error, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Pay for third-party repairs or replacements unless pre-approved by Cyrusher.

  • Cover shipping damage if the dealer uses their own shipping service.

2. Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies only to the original dealer purchasing directly from Cyrusher or authorized distributors. It is limited to a one-time replacement of defective parts, as determined by Cyrusher.

Exclusions:

  • Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow the owner’s manual, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, or improper assembly.

  • Damage from accidents, acts of God, water damage, extreme riding, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear, consumables, and accessories (see section 2D for details).

Entire Bike Replacement:
In rare cases, Cyrusher may authorize a full bike replacement. The original bike must be returned to Cyrusher’s facility for inspection before a replacement is issued.

3. Warranty Coverage

A) 2-Year Limited Warranty:

  • Covers the motor, controller, and frame against manufacturing defects.

  • Limit: One replacement per part, per bike.

B) 1-Year Limited Warranty:

  • Covers lithium-ion batteries, hydraulic brakes, front fork, rear shock, bike computer, pedal assist sensor, battery charger, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, bottom bracket, crankset, rear rack, and shifting systems.

  • Excludes battery damage from power surges, improper chargers, or misuse.

C) No Warranty:

  • Gears, accessories, and wear-and-tear items are excluded but covered under our Return Policy.

D) Wear Items:

  • Chains, rims, spokes, brake pads, tubes, tires, rotors, grips, and seats are not covered. Maintaining and replacing these parts is the dealer’s responsibility.

4. Claims Process
All warranty claims must be submitted through Cyrusher’s support portal. Proof of purchase is required.

A) Shipping Damage Claims:

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery. Report any damage within 14 days via a support ticket.

  • Provide photos of the damage and retain all packaging and paperwork for inspection.

B) Credit Card Chargebacks:

  • If a chargeback is issued while the dealer retains the product, the warranty will be paused until the chargeback is resolved.

5. Part Exchanges
For warranty replacements, Cyrusher may require the faulty part to be returned for inspection. A prepaid return label will be provided if authorized by Cyrusher. The faulty part must be returned within 10 days unless otherwise agreed.

If the returned part is damaged beyond inspection limits, Cyrusher reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Riding any bicycle involves inherent risks. Cyrusher recommends that all bikes be inspected and tested by a certified mechanic before use.

Cyrusher is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, negligence, or assembly. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or economic losses.

7. Bike Performance Disclaimer
Listed top speeds and ranges are estimates and not guarantees. Performance varies based on factors such as rider weight, cargo, terrain, incline, pedal usage, wind, temperature, and tire pressure.

8. Customer Relations
Cyrusher is committed to resolving issues promptly and respectfully. We expect the same level of professionalism from our dealers.

Rude, vulgar, or threatening behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated. In such cases, Cyrusher reserves the right to refuse service, void warranties, or cancel orders permanently.
