Shipping Regions

Shipping costs will be calculated and provided to dealers after the order is confirmed.

We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or similar carriers. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Import Duty and Tax

Dealers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes incurred during international shipments.

It is the dealer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the import and use of electric bicycles.

For international shipments, Cyrusher will contact the dealer regarding any additional shipping or duty costs prior to delivery.
Changes to Shipping

Any changes to shipping details (e.g., address, hold requests, or preferences) after the order has been shipped may result in delays.

To change the color or model of an E-bike, dealers must notify Cyrusher before the order is shipped. Changes after shipping may incur additional costs and delays.

Changing to a different bike model prior to shipping may result in extra costs and processing delays.
Returns and Refunds

Dealers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Cyrusher is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during return transit.

Third-Party Shipping
For any third-party shipping arrangements outside of Cyrusher’s standard process, Cyrusher cannot provide additional shipping information or documentation.
Parts Shipping

When a part is shipped, the dealer is responsible for tracking the package using the provided tracking number.

Shipping carriers may make only one delivery attempt. If the delivery fails, the package will be held at a local facility for up to 10 days. If not collected, the package will be returned to Cyrusher.

If a package is returned, the dealer must pay the shipping cost to have it re-sent. Cyrusher will notify the dealer of the cost upon request.

If an incorrect part is ordered and shipped, the dealer will be responsible for the original shipping cost (including cancellation fees) and the new shipping cost for the correct part.
Failure in Correspondence
For certain parts, Cyrusher may contact the dealer for additional information (e.g., bike model, part specifications) before shipping. Failure to respond may result in the order being canceled at Cyrusher’s discretion.
PayPal Shipping Address
If payment is processed via PayPal, we will only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please ensure the address in your PayPal account matches the desired shipping address before completing payment.
