Cyrusher accepts the following payment methods for orders placed on dealer.cyrusher.com:

  • PayPal

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

  • Bank Wire Transfer (Contact customer support at dealer@cyrusher.com for bank details.)

Cyrusher reserves the right to decline or return payments at its sole discretion.

2. Pre-Orders and Payment Collection

  • For pre-orders, your payment method will be charged immediately upon order approval, regardless of the expected shipping date.

  • If a credit card chargeback is issued on an order, the limited warranty for that order will be paused until the chargeback is resolved.

3. Taxes

  • All applicable taxes (including sales tax, VAT, or other duties) will be collected on orders where required by law.

  • Dealers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

4. Financing Options

  • Qualified dealers may finance e-bike purchases through Cyrusher’s consumer financing partners.

  • Financing terms, qualifications, and obligations are determined solely by the financing partner.

  • Cyrusher is not responsible for any financing agreements or disputes between the dealer and the financing partner.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2-15 business days.

  • If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please:

    1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

    2. Contact your bank or credit card company for processing updates.

    3. Reach out to Cyrusher customer support at dealer@cyrusher.com for assistance.

6. Fraud Prevention

  • Orders flagged as high-risk for fraud may be canceled and refunded at Cyrusher’s discretion.

  • If you believe your order was mistakenly flagged, contact customer support for resolution.
